The new esthetics of accessories from Persephoni, the young brand based in Athens in 2011, smoothly follows from Ancient Greek culture. Their scenery are most ancient, wonderful talismans, only more nosibelny, adapted for a modern fashion. Designers of Persephoni are infinitely keen on geometrical forms that, actually, not one brand at present offers. But in Persefoni’s works, unequivocally, there is the highlight. Triangular necklaces, rings and cuff links in style of a cubism, leather gloves with triangular or square cuffs – collections of a brand can create reminiscence.
The brand successfully cooperates with many projects, including the Greek designers. For an autumn collection of 2011 designers of Yiorgos Eleftheriades, Persephoni made a line of difficult and inimitable ornaments. Style of a brand is a mathematical accuracy, vanguard decisions and faultless taste. And Persefoni’s main concept – close comparison of contrasts: hardness of steel with softness of skin, ancient impact on the modern futuristic style, cold metal on a touch and warm fur. Directly these contrasts appropriate collections that feeling of a sharpness.
